DFR Notice Update

Salem, Oregon, July 14, 2026 –The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Financial Regulation announced today that they have terminated its supervisory order, concluding that the conditions that led to the ATRIO Health Plans, Inc. supervision no longer exist. The decision marks an important milestone for ATRIO, its members, providers, employees, and community partners.

The Order Terminating Supervision follows ATRIO’s successful efforts to address the matters identified by state regulators after the company was placed under supervision in April 2026. The Division of Financial Regulation determined that ATRIO had resolved the conditions giving rise to the supervision and made sufficient progress in addressing outstanding operational and financial issues.

“This is very positive news for ATRIO and the communities we serve,” said Jennifer Callahan, President and Chief Executive Officer of ATRIO Health Plans. “Over the past several months, our team has worked tirelessly and collaboratively with regulators, providers, and stakeholders to address concerns, strengthen our operations, and meet our obligations. We appreciate the Division of Financial Regulation’s guidance throughout this process and are pleased that the supervision has now been formally terminated.”

Callahan added, “Most importantly, I want to thank our members, provider partners, brokers, and employees for their patience, trust, and support. Their confidence in ATRIO has been critical as we worked through this challenging period and positioned the organization for a stronger future.”

The Oregon Division of Financial Regulation’s order notes that the agency determined the conditions described in both the original Order of Supervision and the subsequent Supplemental Order no longer exist, leading to the termination of supervision.

ATRIO remains focused on delivering high-quality, member-centered healthcare coverage and service across the communities it serves. The company will continue to build on the improvements made during the supervisory period while maintaining a strong commitment to financial stewardship, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service for members and provider partners.
